Human Hair People aus Bielefeld spielen eine Version von Post Punk, die hingehört, genickt und ihren eigenen Senf dazugegeben hat, von dem reichlich im Keller steht. Schließlich spielen Jones Stolze (Bass), Robert Becker (Gitarre), Andreas Hankock (Gitarre, Gesang) und Morten Wienold (Schlagzeug) seit über 30 Jahren immer wieder in verschiedenen Bands zusammen. Als Human Hair People kennen sie den staksigen Funk von Gang Of Four, den musikalischen Stoizismus von „It’s not repetition, it’s discipline“-Mark E. Smith/The Fall (sind dabei aber nicht so schlecht gelaunt), genauso wie sie die komplexere Mathematik und Präzision von Nomeansno um ein paar Ecken weiter denken. Dazwischen zeugt ein so überraschend wie kurz durch den Raum fliegendes Bluesriff von Kenntnis der Historie oder geschmeidige Offbeats lockern die Spannung für einen Moment. Nichts ist sicher in diesem Kontext. Human Hair People kennen ihre Pappenheimer und ihre Pappenheimer lieben sie. Wie Karin Bornefeld von den holländischen Hardcore-Legenden The Ex, die ihrem Support Act HHP begeistert bescheinigte: „ Ganz ähnlich wie wir“. Synth-punk-driven garage madness. Solid grit, multiple and good flipping variations. Including crazy-ass funky vibes, and even cadences near Aussie cumbia (if it even exists?) in passages. Exquisite drums, and the synth and keyboards are excellent here. The old lo-fi ’80s tape vibe is well-achieved, and there’s even some nods to the style of Under the Gun associates. Multifaceted, trance-inducing egg-psych almost all the way, especially the track “Circuit Breaker.” Good blasting explosions of Australian garage from a solid super-group delivering new dimensions and sounds. Crunchy, deep-fried, lo-fi feels.perfect!

JEAN MIGNON is a solo project from NYC-via-Boston noise impresario Johnny Steines. He borrows the name of a 16th century French engraver to plunge into a breakneck, blistering river of feedback. Over the course of just under fourteen minutes, he shreds, howls, deadpans, and overall gives the impression of someone who might see that they have 666 monthly listeners on Spotify and say “Sick.”

Ab September 2025 geht der Punkrock-Künstler MÄNNI erstmals auf eigene Headlinertour. Passend zur letzten Veröffentlichung „Das fröhliche Album“ (Dackelton Records) wird es unter dem Motto 
„Die fröhliche Tour“ neun Konzerte in ganz Deutschland geben.
Wie gewohnt mit rauer Stimme, manchmal tiefgründig, oft politisch wird hier deutschsprachiger Punkrock mit viel Melancholie und Witz geboten. Neben den alten Hits wie „Ibuprofi“, „Dreck Müll 
Chaos“ oder „Krasseste Gang“ gibt es erstmals auch die neuen Songs im Rahmen einer ausgedehnten Spielzeit zu hören.

Razor-toothed, harmony infused, delicately ferocious ska. British 5-piece Call Me Malcolm exploded onto the Ska Punk scene in 2018 with a record described by ska legends Less Than Jake as "a saving grace of the genre." Malcolm's genre blending mastery and intricate songwriting has since crafted “some of the most special, unique, ambitious music in the punk underground.” (BrooklynVegan) landing them at #8 in Ska Punk Daily’s “Albums of the Decade” and #15 in Brooklyn Vegan’s “Best Punk Albums of 2020” with consecutive releases.  

2024 saw the release of 'Echoes and Ghosts', a 10-track, melodic powerhouse about identity, self, and suicide. Songwriter-in-chief Lucias describes it as “a eulogy for the parts of myself I killed with medication, and a love letter to the silhouette I became.” 

OH YEAH - MEET THE OHNOS!
Meet The OhNos, a Swedish quartet dedicated to delivering morbid power pop and energetic live
shows. Since their inception in 2014, the band has toured Scandinavia, Spain, Croatia and Switzer-
land, treating audiences to their melodic mix of 60s garage, 70s punk rock and 90s indie.
Their debut ep Queens Of The Underworld (2015) was followed by the album Sounds From The Ba-
sement (Rundgång Rekords 2017). A tour with fellow Spanish punkrockers Las Furias was made in

2019, which resulted in the split cassette Queens of Noise (Lucinda Records/Cassettine/Rundgång
Rekords 2020).The band has also been sharin stage with other international acts - The Garden,
Destruction Unit, Sapphic Musk, Laura Stevenson, Duncan Reid & the Big Heads, The Courettes and
Satanic Surfers.

2022 saw the release of The OhNos’ sophomore album Waving from Hades (Beluga Records/Lucin-
da Records): 11 tracks dealing with life’s absurdities through howls and hand claps, fuzzy riffs and

swampy blues. Local musician Malin Hofvander (Mary Anne’s Polar Rig) was recruited as studio en-
gineer, while Joakim Lindberg and Ulf Blomberg did the mixing and mastering respectively. As with
their first record, the album cover was designed by artist Bartosz Nalezinski.

During 2023 and 2024 the band has been on tour in Spain, UK and Germany, while starting on
some new material. The first of three new eps are to be released this coming summer, with the
first single, ”Universo” being released in May.
Plans for the summer include the recording of ep number two, along with playing some festivals.

The autumn of 2025 will be started off with a return to Germany for a short September tour.

Three—four, if you count the one pulling the strings—inquisitive individuals that came together by way of fate’s ties to the universe (and, “time travel”, if you ask them discreetly), UNIVERSITY are a band diving into all of life’s existentialism. An exploration of adolescence, self-identity and slight mania, their upcoming music is “like getting punched in the face by a gorilla but then being cuddled afterwards”. Influenced by artists such as Nouns, Hella, and Cypress Hill, UNIVERSITY sit in their own patchwork world, combining textures both vintage and futuristic.

Hailing from a northern English railway town, UNIVERSITY channel the monotony and challenges of small-town life into an “explosion of energy” (NME). Inspired by everything from midwest emo to UK grime, they craft a cathartic mix of emo, punk, and hardcore—a restless anthem for a generation navigating chaos.
