Seit 2011 verbinden die vier Musiker*innen aus Mungia treibende Gitarren, elektronische Kälte und politische Dringlichkeit zu einem Sound, der live sofort zündet, direkt in die Fresse. Kommt früh. Years of touring across North America and Europe, combined with deep dives into bedroom production under the moniker Renders, sharpened her expansive sonic palette and singular artistic voice—fuelling the rise of her acclaimed solo project.<\/p>\r\n

Post-punk\/no wave oddity GEO<\/a><\/strong> (KJ Braams (bass) Jorne Visser (vocals\/guitar), Gijs Deddens (drums) and Ype Zijlstra (keys, electronics) are like a sentient slot machine: whatever seems happenstance is actually by design, and the more mismatched the moving parts appear, the more their music starts to make sense. Since the Groningen quartet’s inception in 2019, they have built a framework of skeletal agit-funk, cartoonish chromatics and neoteric art punk vignettes – sketching negative spaces where chaos and cacophony can sound perplexingly catchy. After releasing their esteemed EP in 2021, the band has entered its next creative chapter.<\/p>\r\n

Out of Body – Geo’s long-awaited debut album – is an oblong snow globe utopia where dancing with two left feet is an actual custom. Out on Erste Theke Tontraeger on April 26, 2024 – this collection of songs constitutes material Geo have been writing and performing when they first entered the circuit. These jitterbug, birdbrained post-punk spiels are in the spirit of gung-ho deconstructionists like The Contortionists, The Fall and Gang of Four. On Out of Body the band play emotions out against each other like some kind of absurdist Punch and Judy show.<\/p>\r\n

Paula & Karol<\/strong><\/a><\/strong> sind immer noch da. Fast zwei Jahrzehnte, fünf Alben, unzählige Konzerte und einige ziemlich unterschiedliche Lebensphasen später geht die in Warschau gegründete Indie-Pop-Band wieder auf Tour. „Paula & Karol 4-Ever\" ist dabei weniger Nostalgie als ein kleines Lebenszeichen: Wir spielen alte Lieblingssongs, neues Material und schauen selbst ein bisschen gespannt, was aus Paula & Karol als Nächstes wird.<\/p>\r\n

Gegründet wurde die Band 2009 von Paula Bialski und Karol Strzemieczny in Warschau. Von Anfang an ging es um mehrstimmigen Gesang, akustische Instrumente, große Refrains und diese leicht chaotische Energie, die entsteht, wenn Freunde zusammen Musik machen. Daraus wurden fünf Alben, Konzerte und Festivals in Polen und darüber hinaus sowie Zusammenarbeiten mit Produzenten wie Ryan Hadlock. Heute funktioniert Paula & Karol ein bisschen über Distanz: Ein Teil der Band lebt weiterhin in Warschau, Paula inzwischen in der Schweiz. Trotzdem schreiben wir weiter Songs und finden immer wieder einen Weg, zusammenzukommen. 2025 erschien mit „Spin the Bottle\" nach längerer Pause wieder ein neuer Song. Gerade arbeiten wir an weiterem Material, und kurz vor der Tour erscheint noch eine neue Single. Bei Paula & Karol 4-Ever stehen wir als vierkopfige Band auf der Bühne und spielen uns quer durch unsere Geschichte - von alten Songs bis zu ganz neuen Stücken, die gerade erst entstehen. Es wird warm, laut, ein bisschen schief, hoffentlich sehr schön und ziemlich sicher typisch Paula & Karol.<\/p>\r\n

In 2025, Mahon signed to Unique Records and reunited with Kemp for his second album, the chamber-pop Begin Again, Again, released June 27. Influenced by Sparklehorse, Spiritualized and Daniel Johnston, Mahon's songs combine intimate pop, chamber strings and guitar feedback. Live, he moves between haunting solo sets and a powerful seven-piece band, having performed at SXSW, The Great Escape and toured with artists including King Krule, Speedy Ortiz and Ariel Pink.<\/p>\r\n

In 1996, the band's debut album *MacArthur Lane* was released on the Hamburg-based label Marsh-Marigold. JEFF CLARKE<\/a> <\/strong>\/ is a seeker. From the rough and ready ministrations of his hellraising, garage-rocking days in Demon's Claws and The Black Lips, to the wounded world-weariness that still cracks through the polish of his lusher latest solo effort \"Miracle after Miracle after ...\", the idiosyncratic gospel he preaches is always shot through with a hard-won resilience, an uncanny naïveté, a persistent sense of curiosity.<\/p>\r\n

The album is, in contrast to his previous solo work “Locust” (recorded in a single session in a forest), more beautifully embellished, but never overloaded—there is plenty of room for the strangely melancholic voice and songwriting, which is finely woven but occasionally also sharply edged.<\/p>\r\n

At its heart, this is folk music, and such traditionally excellent songwriting makes comparisons both easy to make and inherently reductive. Clarke is drawing from the same well as countless other psychic diarist. He could be mentioned in the same breath as Connie Converse, Daniel Johnston and Atlas Sound, for example. But Clarke so successfully locates himself within this tradition of artists as to make references redundant, if not breaking the mold, then stretching it into a shape all his own.<\/p>\r\n

Formidable quartet The Blood Arm<\/strong> have reunited to digitally release their 2004 debut album Bomb Romantics, available again for the first time in over twenty years on 17th July 2026. To celebrate the release, they are performing live together for the first time in 10 years at Berlin's legendary Schokoladen.<\/p>\r\n

Founded in Los Angeles, 2002. Nathaniel met guitarist Zebastian Carlisle at a karaoke bar, and the two recruited Nathaniel's UCLA classmate Dyan Valdés, a classically-trained pianist, on keys. Drummer Zachary Amos, who was studying microbiology at UCLA, was the last to join. The band developed a strong reputation for their enthusiastic and immersive live performances and were named the 'Best Live Act' at the SXSW Music Conference by Entertainment Weekly in 2005. They were also christened Franz Ferdinand's \"favourite band\" after playing an after show for them in 2004, the same year they nominated for the LA Weekly Music Award for 'Best New Artist'. The band members all currently reside in Berlin where they continue to make music in various projects.<\/p>\r\n

Bomb Romantics was a self-funded collection of lo-fi songs recorded in a garage studio over one weekend, which then sold out and generated the buzz that got them noticed abroad. The album received critical acclaim from the likes of NME and DIY, as well as BBC Radio's Zane Lowe and Steve Lamacq. Whilst not a traditional concept album with a single continuous narrative, Bomb Romantics captures the raw energy and early ethos of The Blood Arm, making it an extremely significant release for the band.<\/p>\r\n

Since the release of their debut album, they have regularly received support from the likes of The Guardian, Loud & Quiet, Uncut and Clash Magazine to name a few. The Blood Arm's biggest appearances and live achievements are rooted in their reputation as an explosive live band, which led to high-profile support slots and festival recognition, including the likes of Glastonbury and Reading & Leeds.<\/p>\r\n

Good evening everyone, and welcome to M:Soundtrack<\/strong> presents with Viic Woods [Sweden] + Casafungo [HH]<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

Tonight, (02.Oktober) we’re bringing together two acts from two different places — Viic Woods from Sweden and Casafungo from Hamburg — but there is a beautiful common denominator between them.<\/p>\r\n

Both make music that feels intimate and atmospheric, somewhere between indie rock and folk, with a real attention to songwriting, emotion and space. There’s a warmth and vulnerability in both projects — music that doesn’t necessarily need to shout to draw you in.<\/p>\r\n

Casafungo<\/a> <\/strong>are an emerging trio from Hamburg, bringing together warm, folk-inflected indie rock, honest songwriting and a kind of dreamlike intimacy.<\/p>\r\n

And later we’ll hear Viic Woods<\/a><\/strong><\/em>, the solo project of Swedish musician and visual artist Victoria Skoglund. Some of you may know her from Audrey or Mire Kay. Her new work moves into deeply personal territory, exploring time, coexistence, fragility and our changing relationship with the world around us.<\/p>\r\n

So tonight is really about listening, discovering, and hopefully finding connections between two different musical worlds.<\/p>\r\n

Viic Woods<\/a><\/strong> is the solo project of Swedish musician and visual artist Victoria Skoglund, a well-established voice in Scandinavia’s alternative music scene. She first gained recognition with cinematic post-rock band Audrey and indie-folk duo Mire Kay, with whom she toured extensively across Europe and beyond, and made impact with music featured in the acclaimed Netflix series Dark.<\/p>\r\n

With Viic Woods, Skoglund takes a new, personal step. Atmospheric, dreamy indie-rock carries stories about time, coexistence, fragility and ecological change, combining lyrical presence with musical depth. Her live performances, solo or with a full band, create an immersive, dynamic experience for audiences. The debut EP The Water Between Us was reissued on vinyl in the fall of 2025 followed by the full-length debut Unravel Time (February 2026), both on the new label and creative platform ABCX.<\/p>\r\n

 
Casafungo<\/a><\/strong> is an emerging indie rock trio from Hamburg, Germany, creating a sound that feels both nostalgic and strikingly immediate. Blending warm folk-inflected textures, honest lyricism and a rare sense of musical intimacy, the band creates songs that linger somewhere between dreamlike atmosphere and raw emotional clarity.

Whirlpool brings together musicians from Ireland's east coast and Belgium. They recently emerged from the forgotten cellars of a Berlin brewery through a conveniently placed hole in the fabric of spacetime. low key orchestra<\/a><\/strong><\/strong>. Mehr Understatement in einem Bandnamen geht nicht. Der wirklich unpassendste – und damit passendste – Name wurde da von Sönke Torpus für etwas gefunden, das, ohne übertreiben zu wollen, musikalisch wirklich Großartiges birgt.<\/p>\r\n

Aber erstmal kurz von vorne. low key orchestra ist das neue Bandprojekt des eben genannten. Allen Indie-Folk-Connaisseuren unter uns wird seine ehemalige Band Torpus & the Art Directors ein Begriff bzw. in guter Erinnerung sein und die Freude ins Gesicht geschrieben stehen, dass nun neue Musik vor der Tür der Lieblingslieder steht.<\/p>\r\n

„maybe words“ hieß der erste von mehreren low key orchestra Songs, die dieses Jahr veröffentlicht werden und es ist schlichtweg ein wundervolles Lied. Sönke ist eine kleine Hymne für all jene gelungen, die eine ausgestreckte Hand oder ein offenes Ohr benötigen. Als hätte er sich gedacht: „Wenn ich nicht in deiner Nähe sein kann, dann bekommst du immerhin einen Refrain, der mehr Trost spendet als 1000 Umarmungen.”<\/p>\r\n

Aus jeder Zeile spricht aufrichtiges Mitgefühl. Zusammen mit dem Produzenten Helgi Helgasson hat Sönke es geschafft, einen unausweichbaren Text in warme und facettenreiche Musik zu übersetzen. Soundtechnisch schwebt das low key orchestra – vor allem hierzulande - sehr eigenständig in einer Klang- und Gefühlswelt, die von Bands wie Bright Eyes, Whitney und den Flaming Lips geprägt wurde. Im Songwriting hingegen fnden sich Parallelen zu frühen Alben von Coldplay oder Keane. Sönke sagt über sich selbst, er habe die Musik für eine lange Zeit verloren. Zu unserem Glück hat er sie – oder vielleicht auch sie ihn – wiederentdeckt. Im Oktober geht das low key orchestra zum ersten Mal in voller Bandbesetzung auf Tour.<\/p>\r\n

Detwin (alt & tenor sax) and Waki (trombone), the Johannsen brothers, founded already the forerunner of JazzBo, YEBO. This was in 1979, therefore YEBO was one of the first traditional ska bands outside Jamaica. Besides, and even since the early sixties, the Johannsen bros. played extensively New Orleans jazz. \"Ob Punks, Skinheads, Heavy-Metal-Fans oder Gothics: Mitglieder der vermeintlich „negativ-dekadenten\" Jugend- und Subkulturen in der DDR waren es gewohnt, dass der SED-Staat sie und ihre Ausdrucksformen massiv unterdrückte. Auch die Produktion von eigenen Fanzines war kaum möglich, weshalb Fanzines aus dem Westen den Szenen immer wieder als Sprachrohr dienten. Erst in den letzten Jahren der DDR und in der Nachwendezeit entstanden auch in Ostdeutschland eigene Fanzines und Zeitschriften.
Im Rahmen des Projekts SPUR<\/a><\/strong> hat das Archiv der Jugendkulturen seine Fanzinesammlung systematisch nach solchen Zeugnissen durchforscht und Hunderte Quellen zusammengetragen. Der Pophistoriker Florian Völker stellt die daraus entstandene Quellenedition vor und liest ausgewählte Beiträge. There is obviously lots of common ground between what the two bands do musically, yet BARRENS develop their own idiosyncratic sound on their stunning debut album Penumbra: driven by synths equally as by guitars, Penumbra is oscillating between the dark and the brighter side of post rock, but leaning more towards the dark. The album is conceptually circling around topics like change, metamorphosis and transformation, „especially movement into, through and out of shadows and back again“, guitarist Johan G Winther explains. „Being both lost in darkness, yet finding comfort there. Seeking it. Afloat in blinding light, suspended in darkness”, as it is etched into the vinyl.<\/p>\r\n

The Rock Band Thank<\/strong> From Leeds<\/strong> first emerged in 2016 from the scene surrounding CHUNK, their city’s notorious – and now sadly defunct – DIY space. The band spent six years honing their brand of volatile and joyously cathartic post-punk alongside a hivemind of grindcore and powerviolence bands, UK garage and bashment DJs, and most things in between, before releasing their debut full length album ‘Thoughtless Cruelty’ in 2022.

Having weathered various lineup changes, since early 2023 Thank has settled on a core quartet of Lewis Millward (guitar\/synth), Cameron Moitt (bass), Steve Myles (drums) and Freddy Vinehill-Cliffe (vocals\/guitar). This incarnation of the band released ‘I Have A Physical Body That Can Be Harmed’ in late 2024, an acid-fried concoction of hardcore punk fury, jungle-inspired freneticism and synth pop bombast, and their first release via Big Scary Monsters.

2025 was a big year for Thank, starting with a UK co-headline tour alongside Kal Marks and ending with a run of shows opening for Mclusky and Young Knives across the UK and Germany, not to mention their busiest festival season yet, including explosive sets at 2000 Trees, Truck Festival, Manchester Punk Festival, ArcTanGent and more. Having spent the first half of 2026 laying low and working on album three, in May the band played a series of anniversary gigs, commemorating 10 years as a band. In October they will embark on their seventh tour of mainland Europe, playing in Denmark and the Netherlands for the first time ever.<\/p>\r\n

Mit nur ein paar Songs macht APOLLO ONLINE<\/a><\/strong> klar, was der Plan ist: gute Gitarren, Mitsing-Hooks, mitreißende Kompositionen und aus der One-Man-Show des Multiinstrumentalisten eine brutale Band formen. Der Nordamerika-Deutsche wächst zwischen Beatles und Beethoven auf, bildet sich musikalisch mit Coldplay und Stevie Wonder selbst. Dass er dabei die deutsche Sprache wieder lässig macht, von den Krämpfen und Verkantungen befreit, ist dabei fast logisch. Apollo Online tut das mit einer Selbstverständlichkeit, die an Bilderbuch oder Wanda erinnert und hat trotz der ansteckenden Unbekümmertheit in seiner Sprache eine packende Tiefe in den Songs. So spricht er über die Verluste und Siege, über die große Liebe und noch größere Zweifel. Um es mit seinen Worten zu sagen: „Keiner weiß so wirklich Bescheid\/Let's go for a ride“.<\/p>\r\n

FLUTEN sind keine Band, die sich leicht einordnen lässt – und das war seit ihrer Gründung 2007 auch nie ihr Ziel. Die Hamburger Band bewegt sich zwischen krachigen Gitarren, elektronischen Loops, brüchigen Popmomenten und lyrischer Sprachkraft. Post-Hardcore trifft auf Noise, Groove auf Melancholie, Wut auf Verletzlichkeit. Was zunächst widersprüchlich klingt, wird bei FLUTEN zum eigenen musikalischen Prinzip.<\/p>\r\n

2026 erscheint mit „Kalter Stern“ das neue Album der Band – als Label-Kooperation von Rookie Records und Flight 13 Records. Produziert wurde es erneut von Hauke Albrecht (u. a. Turbostaat, Captain Planet), der bereits das Vorgängeralbum „Splitter“ klanglich geprägt hat. „Kalter Stern“ führt den eingeschlagenen Weg konsequent weiter, klingt dabei aber düsterer, dichter und dringlicher.<\/p>\r\n

Die Songs erzählen vom Leben in einer beschädigten Gegenwart, von Sicherheiten, die zerfallen, und Gewissheiten, die nicht mehr tragen. Sie sind politisch, ohne Parolen zu brauchen, und persönlich, ohne sich ins Private zurückzuziehen. Zwischen gesellschaftlicher Überforderung, Entfremdung und den kleinen Rissen im eigenen Leben bleibt immer auch die Suche nach einem Ausweg: nach Widerstand, Bewegung und dem Moment, in dem etwas aufbricht.<\/p>\r\n

FLUTEN schreiben keine eindeutigen Antworten. Ihre Texte bewegen sich zwischen militanten Gedichten und Phantasieuniformen, zwischen offenem Meer und kalten Sternen. Ihre Musik folgt dabei keiner geraden Linie: Sie funktioniert wie ein Film, der nicht chronologisch erzählt ist, wie ein Gefühl, das auf der Haut bleibt – und manchmal wie ein Ausbruch aus dem eigenen Takt.<\/p>\r\n

Melanie Baker<\/strong><\/strong> makes music about everything that hurts and everything that feels just right. Based in Newcastle (UK), she writes with unflinching honesty — songs that sway between noisy catharsis and quiet confession, between absurd humour and deep vulnerability. With pounding drums, fuzzy guitars, and tender lyrical precision, Baker reclaims the grit and spirit of ’90s alt-rock through a queer, modern lens.

Her world is a blend of chaos and compassion, where anxiety, anger, love and laughter coexist in equal measure. She builds her songs like comic-book panels of emotional truth: hearts pumping out of chests, steam whistling from collars, cartoon melancholy meeting genuine tenderness. Her music invites the listener to cry, laugh, and scream along — sometimes all at once. 

Much of this universe — on stage, on the road, and at home — is seen through the lens of photographer and partner Ellen Dixon, who documents their life together in intimate, analog snapshots. The result is an ongoing portrait of a queer artist coming of age in the north of England: a scrapbook of van rides, small venues, backstage nerves, and private joy.
 
Live, Baker’s performances blur the line between theatre and therapy. Alongside drummer Adam Robson and multi-instrumentalist Jon Evans, she cracks jokes mid-breakdown, turns self-deprecation into community, and transforms unease into something radiant. What begins as personal confession often erupts into a roomful of strangers yelling the same truth at once.

Her work has been championed across BBC Radio 1, 2, and 6 Music, and her song “Double Decker Death Machine” featured on BBC TV’s Waterloo Road. But acclaim has never been the point. Baker’s art thrives in the messy, glorious space between pain and play — finding humour in heartbreak and hope in absurdity.

Hailing from Liège, Belgium, FERVENTS<\/a> <\/strong>have established themselves in recent years as one of the most incisive rock bands of their generation. UltraNothing <\/a>is a post-punk band from Luxembourg, formed in 2023. After the disbanding of their former band Office of Weird, Mich and Mig asked Pit whether he'd like to join them on drums in a new, undefined band. After more than a year of creating material and tireless rehearsals, in July 2024 they recorded their debut EP at Holtz Sound Studio and had Julien Rosenberger (L'Autre Oreille Studio) master the 4 tracks. UltraNothing's 10\" vinyl EP was released on the 26th October 2024, during a gig at the Mix 'n' Kawa Bar in Esch-sur-Alzette, Luxembourg, with the support of instrumental noise rock band TVESLA and the up-and-coming band FULVOUS.
UltraNothing have nothing to add to the usual, standard litany of \"punk\" phrases and ideologies: of course, they are anti-racist, anti-fascist, anti-sexist and anti-everything else that discriminates people, however, as they see it, punk slogans and phrases unfortunately didn't leave much of a dent on the institutions and on the main causes of discrimination and suffering of people around the world during the past 50 years. Nevertheless, the trio are very much intent on grinding on ferociously and defiantly to the rhythm of modern fallacy in an empty ode to daily exhaustion, ennui, spleen and existential tiredness.
In 2026, UltraNothing and their friends from the Luxembourgish noise punk band GOFAI decided to collaborate on a joint split LP release. This time round, UltraNothing took a fully D.I.Y. production approach and had their tracks recorded, mixed and mastered by Christophe Rippinger, who also carries out bass duties with GOFAI. The tracks were recorded live on 28th February 2026 at his \"Dip Space\" studio in Kayl, which also doubles as GOFAI's rehearsal room. UltraNothing's offering in the new split LP consists of five previously unrecorded tracks: four older tunes and a more recent track.

CAVA sind zurück mit ihrem neuen Album „Good Luck\", wobei der Titel keineswegs mit der Akzeptanz einer Niederlage gleichzusetzen ist. Ihr drittes Studioalbum ist eine Reise hin zu der Erkenntnis, was eine von Schwarz-Weiß-Denken geprägte Welt immer dringender braucht: kleine und große Momente des Glücks und vor allem ein Gefühl von Gemeinschaft, das solidarisch zum Leben erweckt werden kann.<\/p>\r\n

In 14 Songs mit drängenden Gitarrenriffs, fließenden Basslines und unerbittlichen Drums widmet sich die Band Themen wie der Anonymität des Großstadtlebens, dem anhaltenden Wunsch, aus dem kapitalistischen System auszubrechen, und der Kraft von Community und Sisterhood.<\/p>\r\n

Nach Tourneen durch Deutschland und Europa macht sich CAVA nun auf, „Good Luck\" weltweit auf die Bühnen zu bringen. The Special Guests<\/a> feat. Willie Ocean spielen am 19.12.2026 ein legendäres Weihnachtskonzert im Schokoladen. Dabei sollte es die Band eigentlich nicht mehr geben. Berlins ehemals beste Ska-Band hat sich nämglich 2009 offiziell aufgelöst. Aber die Katze lässt das Mausen nicht und so gibt es seltenes Reunion-Konzert der Band mit alten Hits wie \"Waiting\", \"Beetroot\" oder \"Forget It\". <\/p>\r\n

Die Gruppe um Frontmann Willie Ocean glänzt mit feinstem Ska von traditional bis 2tone, Rocksteady und Up-Tempo-Swing-Nummern. Tanzen und Schwitzen ist die Devises des Abends. Für weihnachtliche Besinnlichkeit ist danach noch genug Zeit.<\/p>\r\n

The Special Guests waren viele Jahre eine Institution der deutschen Ska-Szene. Gegründet 1994 veröffentlichte die Band bis 2009 fünf Langspielplatten, etliche Singles und Samplerbeiträge und absolvierte etliche Touren durch Deutschland, Spanien, Frankreich, UK, Österreich, Polen, Tschechien und Dänemark.<\/p>\r\n

Sempf<\/a> sind vier Jungs aus Hamburg, die „semiprofessionell“ nie als Ausrede, sondern als Haltung verstanden haben. Was als augenzwinkernde Selbstbeschreibung begann, ist längst zu einem Versprechen geworden: kompromissloser Pop-Punk, der lieber aneckt als sich anpasst. Und wenn Sempf die Bühne betreten, wird aus diesem Versprechen schnell Bewegung – im Kopf und im Moshpit.
Mit unkonventionellem Pop-Punk zwischen Melodie und Moshpit verbinden sie Energie mit Haltung. Treibende Drums, scharfkantige Riffs und Texte, die zwischen Selbstironie,

Das neue EUROTEURO<\/strong> Album „Magic“ markiert eine musikalische Neuorientierung. Die Texte wechseln zwischen deutscher und englischer Sprache und bewegen sich thematisch durch Räume von Trauer und Trost, Zweifel und Hoffnung.<\/p>\r\n

Nach ihren bisherigen Volume-Veröffentlichungen, die als Singles-Collections fungierten, präsentiert sich „Magic“ als das erste geschlossene EUROTEURO Album. Es enstand in einem gemeinsamen Prozess unter anderem mit den Wiener Musiker*innen Alexander Kranabetter, Topsy Turvy, Katarina Maria Trenk, Soap&Skin, Farce, Voodoo Jürgens und Elise Mory.<\/p>\r\n

Hinter Mahler\/Fondermann & the beast<\/strong> <\/strong>stecken die zwei in der Hamburger Musikszene stark verwurzelten Stephan Mahler und Ritchy Fondermann.
Stephan Mahler war nicht nur Schlagzeuger, sondern vor allem auch Songwriter der Punk-Bands Slime (siehe den Klassiker »Schweineherbst« von 1994), Screamer und Torpedo Moskau. Er spielte zusammen mit dem legendären Jens Rachut bei Angeschissen, Kommando Sonne-nmilch und Oma Hans.
Ritchy Fondermann, der Musikproduzent und Inhaber des Hamburger K-Klangstudios, hat nicht nur die letzten zwei Rocko Schamoni Alben, sondern auch das letzte »Bärchen und die Milchbubies«, sowie das aktuelle Album der Band Cryssis um »Die Toten Hosen«-Schlagzeuger Vom Ritchie produziert. Er ist auch mit seinen ehemaligen Bands Highschool Nightmare und vor allem Antikörper weit über die Grenzen des Landes hinaus bekannt und hat außerdem als Autor zwei Romane veröffentlicht.<\/p>\r\n

Litbarski<\/strong><\/strong>, mit einem „t“ haben sich 2015 aus den Überbleibseln verschiedener Berliner Punkbands formiert und finden sich in der Schublade Endachtziger-US-Punk \/ Emocore \/ Post-Hardcore wieder. Wer wissen möchte wie Leatherface modernisiert und mit schlauen deutschen Texten klingt, ist hier genau richtig.<\/p>\r\n

„Life After Music“ Album Release Konzert<\/p>\r\n

Schon seit Kindertagen vermischt Daniel Benyamin die verschiedensten Genres. Die melancholische Seite J.S. Bachs verehrte er genauso wie heimliche Wave-Punk Bands, die zuhause verboten waren.
Mit 12 Jahren entdeckte er zufällig auf einem defekten Kassettenrekorder das Mehrspurrecording und komponierte damit die Musik, die er nicht hören durfte. Diese kreative Bipolarität zeigt sich nie so klar wie in seinem zweiten Album als Daniel Benyamin: „Life After Music“, das der kreative Kopf von Sea + Air und Jumbo Jet im Mai 2026 auf Ghost Palace Records\/Cargo veröffentlichte.
Das Album reist spielerisch von einem Pol zum anderen: opulent und reduziert zugleich, ist es ebenso eingängig wie atmosphärisch und schöpft aus seinen Tanz- und  Filmsoundtracks der letzten Jahre.
Seit er mit 17 Schule und Zuhause verließ, performte Daniel Benyamin seine Kunst in über 2000 Konzerten in 35 Ländern. Hunderte veröffentlichte Songs und Kompositionen später wagte Daniel Benyamin 2022 einen Neuanfang als Solokünstler.
Sein größter Erfolg dabei ist, dass er sich völlig unverfälscht in seiner Musik widerspiegelt, losgelöst von Mainstream und Erwartungen. Als Stefan Honig die schottische Band MEURSAULT 2012 für sich entdeckte, war da zunächst einfach nur die Begeisterung für ihre Musik, die ihn nicht mehr losließ. Jahre später wurde aus diesem Fan-Sein eine Freundschaft, aus der Freundschaft eine gemeinsame EP – und schließlich eine erste Deutschland-Tour. Jetzt kommen HONIG aus Köln und MEURSAULT aus Edinburgh zum zweiten Mal gemeinsam auf Tour. Und wer die beiden Bands schon einmal zusammen erlebt hat, weiß: Das hier ist kein Abend zum Nebenbei-Hören.<\/p>\r\n

HONIG<\/a><\/strong> und MEURSAULT<\/a><\/strong> machen Musik, die sich Zeit nimmt, um einen dann mit voller Wucht zu erwischen.
